What Happens After You Ask for a Quote

We get back to you the same day. To price a job we need to know roughly how big the home is, what is in the roof now, and what you want done. If that is hard to judge from the ground, we can come out and look at the roof space first, free of charge, so you are not quoted on a guess.

The work itself is done by our own installers, not subcontractors, so the people who quote the job are the people responsible for it.

What Changes the Price

• Area and access. Square metres of ceiling, wall or floor, and how easy the roof space or subfloor is to work in. Low-pitch roofs take longer.
• What is already there. Old, damaged or contaminated insulation has to come out first. We vacuum it out rather than hand-bagging it.
• The product. Higher R-values and acoustic batts cost more per square metre. Blown-in wall insulation is priced differently from batts.
• Rebates. Eligible Victorian homes can get ceiling insulation discounted under the VEU program. We will tell you if yours qualifies.
